Calyx POINT Mortgage Software Eliminates Retyping of Liabilities
onto the 1003 with this Credit Report Software Interface
Integrated Automatic Access to Experian, Equifax, and
Trans Union for Users of Calyx Software's POINT for Windows
Credit report software exports score
model values and tradeline data right into your Calyx POINT prospect or
borrower file. This makes it possible for users of
mortgage management programs, such as Calyx Software's POINT for Windows,
to automatically populate the “liabilities” portions of the mortgage
application form and to extract score model information, such as Experian’s
Fair, Isaac Model, Trans Union’s Emperica, or Equifax’s BEACON score
for instant inspection or even automated analysis by third-party software.
CREDITbase, a Windows-based program, is unique in its ability to use
the System-to-System protocol when it accesses the credit bureau’s data.
The consumer credit information is stored in a relational database where
it can be used to generate specialty reports. For instance, CREDITbase's
AnyBureau technology lets it format data from any of the credit bureaus
into reports in the style of any other credit bureau. A separate
Import/Export Utility draws information from that database and formats it
into a comma-delimited text file, ready for import into programs which can
use the data.
This saves many hours of keyboard input, especially for high-volume
credit grantors. The first release provided an interface to Calyx
Software's excellent mortgage management system. Future releases will
support data export to many types of application programs.
The Import/Export Utility is available free of charge for owners of
compatible TRI-Bureau credit software versions who also own Calyx
Software's POINT for Windows. Contact the Sales office at 626.963.8313 or
send email to sales creditbase.com.
